A guided process. A result you can review.

The starting point is not an empty chart: it is the question your team needs to answer.

STEP 01

Connect a source

Save a PostgreSQL or SQLite connection to reuse across reports. Queries run in read-only mode.

STEP 02

Define what matters

Describe what you want to understand and answer four questions about your goal, metrics, time frame, and audience.

STEP 03

Generate and review

AI proposes metrics and queries. The application executes them and displays the results and quality checks.

STEP 04

Explore and present

Adjust filters and components, save a new version, and take the result into a meeting or a PDF.

Create, understand, and share.

From the first draft to the version your team presents, with tools to refine the content and understand where each number comes from.

Reports from your questions

Start with a business question. Guided creation helps define what to measure before choosing charts.

Every metric has an explanation

See how each metric is calculated, review its SQL, and explore the underlying data.

Visual editing

Adjust charts, metrics, groupings, and filters in a visual editor. Advanced mode lets you work with SQL.

Versions to keep exploring

Improve a report with AI or manually, keep the original, and choose which version its stable link displays.

Data you can refresh

Run saved queries again whenever you need a fresh reading from the source.

Ready for a meeting

Use presentation mode, download a PDF report, or export results as CSV and the definition as JSON.

What does your team need to understand?

Scope depends on the available data and your business rules. A few starting points:

Sales

How are orders trending, and which categories account for the most activity?

Operations

How is work distributed across periods, teams, or owners?

Leadership

Which metrics should we bring to the next review meeting?

AI proposes. You keep the judgment.

A useful report needs more than good visuals: it needs metrics the team understands. AI Reports exposes queries, results, and quality notices to support that review.

Frequently asked questions

Which databases does it support?

AI Reports connects to PostgreSQL and SQLite. Administrators manage a source catalog so the team can reuse connections.

Do I need to know SQL?

You can start with a natural-language question and adjust components in the visual editor. SQL is available for anyone who wants to review or customize calculations.

Does AI make up the report values?

Charts are calculated by running queries against your database. AI proposes the structure and SQL. The platform flags errors and specific quality issues; business definitions require review by your team.

Who can sign in?

Sign-in uses Google and is limited to users enabled by an administrator. The team works in a shared workspace; administrators manage users and data sources.

What information does the AI model receive?

To prepare a report, the configured provider receives the request context, schema, and data samples. During the demo, we review the data scope and the configuration suitable for your operation.
