AI SimulationScenario study

How could we better support a customer?

Current situationOn-demand support
AlternativeWeekly check-in
Shared criterionTeam effort

Review available capacity before testing the change.

Next experiment: check with the team and real customers.

Illustrative example with fictional participants. Not a prediction.

From a question to a better-defined experiment.

The study makes context, assumptions, and open questions visible.

STEP 01

Describe the decision

A guided interview helps define the problem. Add documents if useful and review the extracted context.

STEP 02

Review the study design

Adjust participants, relationships, alternatives, and criteria before running the study.

STEP 03

Compare scenarios

Explore conversations among fictional participants using shared criteria and comparable conditions.

STEP 04

Choose what to test

Review observations, uncertainties, and references to the simulation log. Define the next experiment with real people or data.

A study you can review.

The tool preserves each comparison’s context and helps trace the source of its observations.

Document context

Text-based PDFs, XLSX, TXT, and CSV, with extraction review and source references.

Configurable participants

Editable profiles and relationships to explore different perspectives on the same situation.

Criteria defined before execution

Criteria are preserved by version. Comparisons check that their conditions are compatible.

Traceable findings

Observations and quotes from the simulation log, distinguished from supplied context and interpretation.

Reports to share

Export studies as HTML, Markdown, or JSON, depending on the view, for review with your team.

Access and collaboration

Spaces enabled by Mattear, with roles and invitations for permission-based collaboration.

One specific decision for your first study.

Customer support and engagement

Explore a service alternative

Review potential objections, conditions, and coordination across roles before testing with customers.

Operational changes

Review assumptions and capacity

For compatible processes, the specialized operational model compares workload, timing, and SLAs using explicit rules. Its scope is defined during the pilot.

Simulation raises questions that need real-world testing.

Participants are fictional. Their responses do not replace interviews, market research, or observed results. Operational calculations and conversations are different tools and are interpreted separately.

Frequently asked questions

Does it predict sales or retention?

It does not offer validated commercial predictions. It helps explore hypotheses, identify open questions, and prepare experiments; conclusions must be checked against real people or data.

How is it different from AI Reports?

AI Reports queries your business data to build reports. AI Simulation explores alternatives through scenarios and simulated participants. Their results have different sources and must be interpreted differently.

Do citations prove a conclusion is correct?

Citations let you check where an observation came from in the log. They do not prove the interpretation is correct or that it represents what will happen outside the simulation.

What information does a pilot need?

A specific decision, available context, and team members who can review the assumptions. We can start without files and agree on which real-world evidence to incorporate.

How is it offered, and where is data processed?

As a guided pilot with agreed scope and access. The configured model receives the context used in conversations; we review the provider, data, and environment before starting.

Next step

Bring a decision you are considering.

We define a question, review the context, and design an initial study with clear criteria.
